I do believe that VMK Central will stay in VMK, while Main Street makes room for a new addition to be added. VMK Central will probably remain because it's the center of VMK itself, thats why they call it VMK Central.

I like VMK Central.

It would make sense to keep it. There are plenty of other buildings on Main Street that could open for Magic.
