Actually, I'm not sure. I know that the Pink and the Blue car were able to get 3 stars due to quest resets I think? Wasn't sure if this applied to Yellow or Green, or if players were able to take advantage of any problems to get 3 of these pins. Anyways, figured it couldn't hurt to put them on the list just incase.

Oops, forgot to specify! But, yes, they're recharge.
I'll try to get the lasting times today.

Also, Treasure Detector DOESN'T change - it's always 1 hour, no matter how many stars it is.
