I would say yes, because of VMK closing. I will always be faithful to VMK, but I think that if it won't continue, this is the best path to take.

I wouldn't care either way. Nothing can replace VMK, and you will never be able to round up all your friends again.
Sorry, but I really do not care for any other game being made; it's just going to close again.

Why would they bother? It's got to be easier and more affordable to keep VMk running than to close it and start another! Makes no sense.

If there's a licensing or intellectual property rights issue between Disney and Sulake regarding their collaborative effort in developing VMK, the answer is, absolutely yes. If they can acquire the total rights to the property they should purchase it outright and make the modifications that they want to correct any issues they have with the game. This is probably unlikely, since they were willing to spend 700 Million for the Club Penguin property. I can only imagine what value Sulake would place on VMK if they attempted a buyout.

Wow - people have lost hope and love for VMK in the past few weeks. I Just Guess Some of You guys don't care about all the memories on VMK. I voted yes, because then I could stay more in touch with my friends I will never forget

Well, I doubt Disney will make it 100% free. That could also be the reason Disney is taking out VMK. VMK is the only online game they have that doesn't cost money, But also the best of their online games

I for one, have lost hope since they closed it. Disney won't just backfire a decision like that. I've been getting on VMK more and more just to hang out with friends. I've actually been getting in to room designing. It's not that we lost the love for VMK, it's the fact that our friends may not join up, or may come in by different usernames.

Yea you cant replace vmk but it would be fun to have something like vmk
