"I've been banned from VMK" threads merge

Like the "Goodbye forever! Or at least for the next five minutes!" threads that have been merged into a single thread, we will be merging the "I've been banned!" threads to reduce forum clutter. This thread will be located in General Discussion. If you're interested in sorting these back out, I recommend that you go into "Display Modes" in the upper righthand corner and change the default view setting from "Linear Mode" to "Threaded Mode". That way, all of the posts from each original thread will still be grouped together.
