Two questions:

1) If you won a title previously, do you get to keep your title anyway?
2) When/where is the next round "announced"; I'd like to try for a scroll-y title myself if I've got the chance.

From as far as i know each time the scores are reset everyone in the top10 get their titles. anyone who was previously in the top10 who wasn't in it when scores were reset lose their scrolly title. come in chat im in there now

1.) No. ( I was a previous winner, but got in the top 10. ^_^ )
