They are also making a remake of Pokemon Daimond and Pearl. Its called pokemon Platinum.

Will they have the 5th generation of Pokemon in them? If so, I would be very interested in importing from them.

5th generation Pokemon are only in Japan right now, so I would really like to know.

There are only four generations: Kanto, Johto, Hoen, and Sinnoh. It is a remake of the Johto games, so no, only up to the 4th gen. Thats what they did with FR & LG, only up to the 3rd gen.

That would be awesome! Crystal was my favorite Pokemon game of ALL TIME, I was just playing it today I never got Gold... the only Pokemon Games I think Im missing are Red, Gold, and Emerald, but my first, Silver, can't keep it's memory while the gameboy is turned off for more than a couple seconds...
