it was on just a normal player, not a tester or anything...
i was in a trade room and in walks this guy. everyone freaks out and asked him where he got his hat.
he said that it was a bird hat, and when he played pirates (and lost) when he reappeared in the lobby, it was the hat in the picture.
i love new orleans, and seeing this cool new hat is pretty neat!
