Problem downloading ToonTown on this computer. (I asked TTC but no replies lol)

Hey all. I'm TRYING to download TT to this laptop but I'm having a problem. Every time it gets to the end of the download, it resets itself. The yellow bar goes from full to empty. This process repeats nonstop. I have tried to refresh, restart, X out and try again, but no luck. So, I need some help from a fellow TT player.
