well if you want to make a transparent signature on GIMP, do you have to save it as a certain file? if someone could, can you make a pictourial guide on how to make transparent signatures.

Try saving it as a .png maybe? Unless it's animation, then .gif is transparent.

I made one and I don't think you have to save it as a certain file unless it's animated..=]

Yeah, you do need to save it as a .png or else it won't keep transparency.
