if you team has the flag, and the only person on the other team is a row boat, DON'T KILL THE ROW BOAT.

I can't tell you how many times I've lost out on 25 credits because my partner does this instead of letting me return the flag to base.

It's so annoying to play with partners who don't know what they're doing.

Another example that really bugs me is when my partner has selected the fast ship, so I select a defensive ship, and then when the game starts, my partner says, "u go"! What's up with that?!

That is so annoying! I just go and get to our flag and block it pretending I can't read, making them go and get it.

It's also annoying when there are two people left and someone shoots the opponent rather trying to get the flag.

I agree, it is so annoying when that happens, especially if you've just told them not to shoot the final boat standing on the other team, and they ignore you. Rawr.

Oh yes! One time I was playing flag, the person called me a "stop.id dumbo" because I had the fast ship and went and so did he (he had the defensive ship) and then there was nobody to guard our flag.

it also bugs me when both players on the other team guard their flag, but my partner just sits on our flag. If they aren't going to attack your base, then go attack theirs.

Yesterday, I was playing pirates and I had the flag, was halfway to our base, and my partner killed the rowboat. We lost to... ugh those people.

Is there a thread that explains the tricks and "do's and dont's" of capture? I've been playing Pirates for a long time but never really ventured into a Capture game. This past week I played a couple games with a friend and enjoyed it. Now, if I joined one of your games, I would be one of those "noobs" just because I'm not familiar with the strategy. I'd like to get more into this game but I don't want to ruin it for others by not knowing the rules.

Any suggestions?

If there is a row boat and you kill it with gold, the game will automatically deducted 1 point from every member of the game, causing nobody to win that round, which messes up the game.
