You need to go to a site with brushes, download the brushes you want, and then extract the files. Then go to My Computer>Local Disk>Program Files>GIMP>>2.0(I think)>Share>GIMP>2.0>Brushes(Or Make one if there is none)>go to the extracted file, copy and paste them into the Brushes folder, done!
