I haven't seen an answer...but I'm guessing it was for similar reasons in the past. If there was a big blow-out a missed it.

Yeah, it was probably taken down for the same reason it was the other times. Just because we didn't HEAR about it being missused doesn't necessarily mean it wasn't being missused.
