Not getting 8300 credits i am suppose to!!

Hi well a couple of days ago i was playing firworks and got my Bronze pin and i was suppose to get 3900 credits but i didn't.

Then today i played and got my Silver Pin and was suppose to get 4400 credits and i Didn't!! I reported this to VMK has this happened to anyone else? and sorry i didn't take pics both times

In fireworks you only get 10% of your final score in credits unless it is a double day. So if you got 4400 as your score you should have received 440 credits and 880 on a double day.

Yes i know that But it came with the pins and i checked my total credits and didn't get them

How did you get 44000 on a fireworks game?

No that is not waht happened!!

Ok so the first pin i got 4000 for my score the first time. So then a message popped up BEFORE the actual credits from the game and said: Congratulations You get the Fireworks Remixed Pin and 3900 credits. So i look at my inventory and only got my 400 credits. and The second One is basically the same except i was suppose to get 4400 credits

You get 10% (or 20% on double days) of your score. So, 10% of 4000 = 400 (or 800 on double).

You do not get the amount of credits your score said.

OMG you ppl are frusturating Me! This is Not avout The score! Ok So i got 4000 a couple of days ago So there was a message BEFORE Ok BEFORE the u get your like 400 credits. It said I get My Fireworks Remixed Bronze Pin and 3900 credits! OK it is in the same messsage 3900 credits!!! Then is the i get my 400

it might of just been a glitch in the game on your message but everybody else is right that is why a lot of people do not play fireworks anymore is because of the pay out

He is saying the message told him he got that high of an amount of credits yet in his credit count it did not increase that great of an amount.

Sounds like a contact us issue. Hopefully they have record of the message they sent you and can make things right.

I think perhaps you misread the message. This is the message I just for for getting over 3900 points.
