Pokemon Emerald Question: Gorebyss and Huntail

Okay. I've been searching and searching and I cannot find a Gorebyss and a Huntail anywhere. I don't have a link, so I might be wondering if they're in a contest or something.

Sure, you don't get 'em by catching 'em, you get 'em by completing the Abandoned Ship sidequest, then giving the thing you find in that ship to the captain at the Slateport Harbor, who should be in the big dock for the Cruise Liner, I don't remember exactly what it's called, and he'll give you a a choice of either a Deepseatooth or a Deepseascale. The Tooth makes Clamperls into Huntails, and the scale into Gorebyss. You only get one, so be sure you wanna use it before you do!

You need to trade a Clamperl that's holding either the Deepseascale or Deepseatooth to get a Gorebyss or Huntail. You get those items from the cruise ship (forgot the name too!), but you only get one.

You need Clamperl and a deep sea scale to get Gorebyss.
For Huntail you need to evolve Clamperl holding a deep sea tooth.
So
Scale = Gorebyss
Tooth = Huntail

I don't know what happened to my tooth/scale. I think I accidently lost it. o_o

That can't be good. Ask a friend for a trade if they have a Deepsea tooth/scale and then give it back, so at least you have it in your Pokedex.

I never finished the sidequest, it was to hard for me, i dont know how to use a itemfinder :p lol

Ugh, I remember all the things in life that I thought wouldnt help me later on lol.

Okay for an Item Finder, set it as your registered default item.

Then press Select to use it. It should point somewhere or give you a signal of some sort.

Keep following it, and if you step on the item, move out of the way, face it, and press A, or whatever you use to pick up.

I think thats how you use it at least.
