!Need help with Insommia!
It's 9:10 where I am right now, and I can't get to sleep. Most likly my medicen. Can you give me some advice?

Lucky me, I fall asleep a minute after hitting the bed.
Try counting to the largest number you can think of. I did that when I was really little, and it was the night before my birthday. Ah, the days..

Honestly, if you can't sleep and it's just 9...well, I wouldn't call it insomnia. Since I was in second or first grade, I've always fallen asleep at at least 11 or later. I could never fall asleep. Like now...it's about 12:45 and I'm doing homework because I know I wouldn't be able to fall asleep now anyway. For tips? Just play a scene in your mind. Don't think about sleep. Think about the scene with your eyes shut. Relax. |
