How funny is your signature?

Ok this game is kind of complicated so I'll give an example of a post.

How to play: The object of the game is to get a 10/10 rating on your signature. So the player knows what (s)he did wrong, give a reason why you gave that rating. Lets say there were two players, Bob and Joe, and they wanted to play this game:

Bob: I rate (insert name here)'s signature a 4/10, it isn't very funny, you should add more jokes.
Joe: I rate Bob's signature a 8/10 it was great! You could have added more bananas though.
