I think the rarest thing in VMK has to be something only Yavn has. (Tomorrowland Q Pin, Best Music Mixing Pin, Etc.)

I think she means the rarest piece of furniture that was buyable to the players in the game. Other than that, the rarest items in VMK is probably what the staff have like Club33 furniture for example.
