Actually, most of the cast members do require a separate set of quests for each person. I have seen them do it the other way but, most often it has been one quest per ticket you are using.
Again similar thing with the trill seekers quest. It depends on the cast member. Most however, will require the KALI stamp on the quest sheet. The one girl we usually see gave us an extra set of the regular quest cards one day because we had to wait for a large group in front of us to finish their 'card getting'.

I don't think the kail stamp is THAT important. Everyone is really nice there I got 2 questions wrong but I still got all the cards, Hehe ^_^

What I was told when I went to Disney in October was that APs dont really have a limit but they will not allow for one person to do a quest more than once a week. Also, the cast member told me regular tickets have a set date but I did not get the number of days. Also, what some people do is have their family turn in quests too so they can get more quest cards.
