Each week we select lucky VMKer's at random for a Room Makeover, then our talented team of Room Designers review the rooms and put their design skills to work! We post the results here, including BEFORE and AFTER pics – plus tips you can use to make your own rooms better!

AdorableAceMaddie wanted to turn her Laughing Place into a Movie Showcase!

BEFORE: We're turning this Laughing Place into a Movie Showcase!
She wanted a room where she could chat with her friends while they relaxed watching Disney movies. Since she had a lot of VMK Home Theater furniture she was already well on her way, she just needed a theater!
As any movie-goer knows, you can't have a great show without a great soundsystem and screen. Our first job is putting in a wall of VMK Home Theater Subwoofers and on top of those we placed four VMK Home Theater TV's! Now this is a widescreen – and everyone in the house is guaranteed a great seat!
VMK Home Theater Speakers are stacked on top of the subwoofers at each end for surround sound that will blow them out of thier seats.

AFTER: The VMK Multiplex is now open! Remember to silence those cell phones!
Now we need a place for our audience! Blue Philharmagic chairs are both comfortable and stylish! ALR Red Rugs make this Laughing Place look brand new (and keep the floor from being sticky with soda and popcorn)! Speaking of popcorn, no theater is complete without a concession stand. But this is a VMK Disney Theater so Guest will not only have a choice of popcorn and water but churros and turkey legs too!
A couple of VMK Home Theater Film Reel Tables accent the seating and add a bit more color. Finally, Velvet Rope Dividers and a Retro Disneyland Turnstile in blue make a perfect ticket booth. To finish the room, we add a few Disney movie posters around the room to tell folks about upcoming features!
