Adobe Shockwave Problem!

I have a problem installing Shockwave. I get it started,but it won't install..
This is a problem because this will happen if I don't get it installed:

PartlyCloudy

I have a new computer,so this may be a problem. I can't even play VMK because I can't skip it...

What is your operating system XP or Vista? Also what is your internet browser (internet explorer, firefox, safari, ect..)

I have HP and I use Internet Explorer.

HP isnt a operating system that is a computer manufacture. Are you using Windows 2000, XP, or Vista

MacOSX

You possibly could even be using LINUX

i feel your pain.. rofl that happened to me like last year i think.. we got a new computer and i couldnt install shockwave! it wsa scary.. LOL but i just waited for a few months.. and didnt go on, i kept trying tho, and one day it worked.. i have no clue what happened....

Please provide more detail about what happens when you try to install. There are many reasons why it might not be working.

Thers nothing left to clarify, are you using Windows XP or Windows Vista?

Also, make sure the account you're installing from has administrator priviledges on it.

When you start up your computer, what does it show, as loading? Windows 2000, Windows XP or 5-6Green bars going across? (Last one being Windows Vista).

Like oatman said, there isn't anything to clarify about it.
