Hidden mickeys ??

HI everyone im trying to help my son out and I have looked over the hidden mickey list on wiki and on here and he has all the ones on the list but he only has 46 in game right now when i count each one. Are there any diff ones i need to look for that are not listed on the list in this forum? he really wants the Gold mickey hat.Your help guarantees I will be the coolest mommy ever so please help.
