They made a new one.

Buy 17 Pandora Gears and 2 Ultimate Gears. Or you could buy 17 Pandora Gears,1 Ultimate Gear, and 1 Zero Gear. The Pandora Gears give all of the characters, except for Roxas and Xion, their best weapons. The Ultimate Gears give Roxas and Xion their best weapons, stat-wise. HOWEVER!!! If you're looking more for attack speed, after you beat story mode, attach the Zero Gear to Roxas, add 5 ability units, and you get (Hooded) Dual-Wield Roxas. You cannot change which Keyblades you use though. You just get Oathkeeper and Oblivion.

As long as I get the Zero Gear and three ability units (I have two already I think,) I'll be fine.
And the Pandora Gear gives Roxas and Xion the Ultima Weapon, right?
That's what my guide says, at least.
