LOL anyone familiar with the following?

I was shopping in the Emporium a few minutes ago, when out of nowhere a message appeard from the staff saying that I was giving out personal information and if it happened again they would ban my account. I was shopping and didn't even say one single word in that room! Apperantly the whole room got a warning, because everyone was talking about it.

I used the contact us on the site to ask for some answers. This is really stupid!
