Organization XIII (Vmk version) Too full?

Hello. I was looking to join the Organization, but it has been full. I'm just wondering if we should make a back-up Organization. Would anyone join?
If 5 people decide to join, then I'll make the back-up army. If not, Ill try to find an opening in the old 1 o_o.
