I was just wondering what everyone used for their protection against viruses, spyware etc. I used to use AVG Free, but now I am on Windows Live OneCare. I love OneCare. Despite the price, that is the best program I have used.

I was wondering, what do you all think of Norton? I had it once, and I found a virus in the files! Since then, I have never used Norton, just McAffe, AVG, and now OneCare.

I use Norton and it works fine. Ever since my computer was filled with Viruses, Notron always cleaned it up. It always checks my computer every 2 hours

2 hours?! I have mine set to every week. I am glad mine doesn't do that every two hours. @_@

I use Norton, and then we also have my father's company protection software. I can't say the name of it though, since I would be giving out some personal info.

I use Norton. I don't have any problems when it's on. Although, I have to turn it off to play ToonTown. When I turn it off I don't have any problems either.

I use Norton.

It's the only thing my Dad wants me to use.

McAfee overall and I use Ad-Aware Se Personal to scan for spyware monthly.

My dad buys the new Norton programs and add-ons every year they come out. Currently : Norton 2007, and some add-on from Noton I forgot. =\

I don't have an anti-virus program. Have no need for one. I have had all the big names, McAfee, Norton, Spysweeper, etc. etc. I found that they all just take up a lot of memory. Waiting for a low memory one. For now I just use Spyware Doctor to clean up my computer every now and then. It is always turned offer except when I run a scan.

Still waiting for a more advanced program...

I use McAfee. It's pretty nice - convienent, safe, easy, etc. etc.
