Chorustwo's Little Thread Of Poems
I have wrote many poems, I was just figuring that I could see if other people might like them. So here they are, constuctive criticism would be nice, although I have been writing for most of my life, when bored, and I am pretty expirenced. Enjoy!

Nana
In memory of my grandmother.

The one relative who once taught me,
How to act like a proper lady,
The one I've grown to love,
Who was beautiful like a dove.

She had dark brown curly hair,
as graceful as air,
She would garden for hours,
and enjoyed watching rain showers.

She would cook an Italian dinner,
Her meals were always the winner,
She was very artistic,
And her art was truly realistic.

One day the angels came and took her away,
I would always remember that day,
She's now a special memory to me,
And everyone in my family.

We'll miss her here on earth,
My only memory, the picture on the hearth,
She was none other,
then my dear grandmother.

Dedicated to the stage

Some people ignore it,
Others love it,
Some make a livng,
Some just get an award
So what is it you ask?
Well it's quite simple really.
It fills you up,
Yet empties you,
It's pretty,
Sometimes ugly,
it's the tune you sing
when doing anything,
Some have it good,
some have it bad,
straight to the point you say?
Well I'll just tell you.
It's the gift of song,
as wonderful and beautiful as could be.
I don't know about you,
But I keep this gift near and dear,
One day I will share it,
for the whole world to watch
all you have to do is just listen,
just wait and see.

When The World Comes Crashing

When the world comes crashing down,
on top of your truly innocent head,
When everything changes,
and life seems to stop, while your still there.

When your life changes,
for the better,
or for worse,
what will you do?

When the world comes crashing down at your feet,
and your forced to watch,
will there be someone else?

Look at the girl next to you,
standing there straight-faced and fine,
she's seen worse days,
not yours, true and divine.

Look at your world now,
still dark and dim,
Do you realize that you've got the better of it?
You see the dried tears in her eyes,
and the pale face of hers.

Look at yourself now.
Standing there just sad, and unhappy,
Think better or yourself,
for others have it worse.

Thank you so much for the comment! I am working on another one, the other poems I have people wouldn't find... interesting. The poems I don't decide to post on here are fanfiction for my favorite book, and we can all guess by the avatar!

I have just got a notice that my poem "Nana" won a contest I had entered and now it will be published somewhere where I have no clue, and if I find out I can't tell... but it's pretty awesome!
