Am i the only one that likes the old vmk?

I kind of miss the old vmk!
I actually wish they didnt put that "connecting to server" and "additional items" screen thing!I also dont like the swirl thing under ppls body when they load.At first i thought it was funny but now it just gives me more lag.
And what about the new catalog too?I miss the old one.
Also whenever i go to HM game room , it has that "additional items" screen thing again.Everything in vmk use to load faster but not anymore with all these features and stuff.
I still cant believe they sold flip and pan hats too!

But now, i really hate the new features. My friends dc because of the cyclones.

and yes, the flip thing is kinda... weird
and the pan too O_o

i am not happy with the new vmk....

and ya, the redo of the monorail...
i now crash,
the music annoys me,
less seats,
it aint that cool anymore,
doesn't feel like a monorail O_o

umm..i think we're all talking about the vmk during and after beta, in like 05 not just last year..

The swirly cyclone thing around your body is only because of Halloween. I think they will take it away as soon as the month is over. And about the flip hat and pan hat. If you are moody about trading something for flip and finding that it is worthless, it's your fault for trading it in the first place. We all know VMK is re releasing, so be more careful.

I don't think so. These seem like part of the "delayed loading" system - where items aren't loaded until you see the item on a person, in a room, for sale, or in your inventory.

I know it was a well intentioned idea - but I really think its damaging the whole game. The blue boxes were bad enough (and they were pretty bad), but all of this loading is really slowing things down.

Has anyone reported these crashes to VMK? Do they even know its a problem?

Yeah! It's really slowing down everything, my friends crash all the time O_O
one of my friends complained to a host about the lag it's causing
and she's like "No, it's supposed to stop lag"
so my friend was like "It's causing it for me"
and all the host said was "Meh"

Umm. Actually that is the new loading. Like furniture loads, people now load. I don't think they will take that away. It's not just for halloween.

If you were here about a year ago on vmk, you would know about the spell room and everything in which they got rid of. Just like the old pirates!
I do think that the new cyclones thing is a bad move of vmk's behalf
But this is for halloween, and now because of are " spinning people " everyone who never had lag has lag.
But im not leaving anytime soon, vmk is still fun!
