Alice in Wonderland's Soundtrack Revealed~
Mods, if this thread belongs somewhere else, please move (:
That said, has anyone seen the Alice in Wonderland soundtrack? I hear it's going to be two CDs. One with AiW related songs, and the other for the songs actually used in the movie. It's a rumor, but hey. Wouldn't that be cool? XD The CD is due to be released on March 2nd, but you can buy 'Follow Me Down' on iTunes~ Almost Alice track listing: 1. “Alice (Underground)” performed by Avril Lavigne 2. “The Poison” performed by The All-American Rejects 3. “The Technicolor Phase” performed by Owl City 4. “Her Name Is Alice” performed by Shinedown 5. “Painting Flowers” performed by All Time Low 6. “Where’s My Angel” performed by Metro Station 7. “Strange” performed by Tokio Hotel and Kerli 8. “Follow Me Down” performed by 3OH!3 featuring Neon Hitch 9. “Very Good Advice” performed by Robert Smith 10. “In Transit” performed by Mark Hoppus with Pete Wentz 11. “Welcome to Mystery” performed by Plain White T’s 12. “Tea Party” performed by Kerli 13. “The Lobster Quadrille” performed by Franz Ferdinand 14. “Running Out of Time” performed by Motion City Soundtrack 15. “Fell Down a Hole” performed by Wolfmother 16. “White Rabbit” performed by Grace Potter and the Nocturnals Opinions? Comments? Personally, my favorites are: Tea Party, Painting Flowers, and the Lobster Quadrille. -V |

I tried listening to them, but they wouldn't work on my iPod.
-_- But it is an interesting group of artists, to say the least. Can't wait for the movie =D (I hope the Dodo Bird is in it.)

Heh. Not really a fan of any of the artists, except maybe Shinedown and, if I'm in a particular mood, maybe Wolfmother >.>
I'll probably hear them eventually, but until then, I can't comment on the songs themselves |

I'm so happy Franz Ferdinand is on the soundtrack + the Motion City Soundtrack & Mark Hoppus songs are great. Can't wait to see how the soundtrack works in the movie. (:

Rumor Confirmed~
Sadly. xD I wanted this soundtrack in the movie! But Danny Elfman, long time friend and composer of Burton's movies, is doing the "official" soundtrack for the movie. |

Huge AAR fan!
About the movie, I never saw the original movie, but Tim Burton's looks interesting. It looks so creepy, that I want to see it. I'm sure the soundtrack is epic, as well.

From that list, my faves are:
Owl City All American Rejects Tokio Hotel Kerli and 3OH!3 An I like the choices they picked-but I think they made it too emo scenish.
