if you go into tomorrowland hub there is a big Quest Kiosk there click on it and it will bring you to the arcade

Nope. Astro Blasters is a sub game, like the Everest game. You have to download it. Do a search on Disney.com; saying Astro Blasters. Download it, but be ready it takes fore ever and freezes your computer a lot.
