I always knew that, Drew Seely was a better actor and singer and cuter then Zac but Zac was already been in a low hit movie so they chose him for the part

you did not know that?? lol in hairspray its his real voice but for HSM they liked him but not his voice and for drew they did not think he would be good for the part but liked his voice lol.

I really don't care about the actor. All I care about is the character they play. Whatever makes the character sound better is fine to me.

I'm really not surprised at this at all. Zac Efron didn't seem like the kind of person to do something like that to me, idk why.
For pretty much every movie with singing in it the lip sync. It's not a bad thing. It just makes it a whole lot easier to finish filming the scene because the song is already done so you don't have to worry about messing up. Although, you could mess up alignment and stuff. At least, this is what I think.

The reason he wasn't on tour was because he was in the middle of filming Hairspray. He wasn't going to drop his movie deal to go on tour with HSM. It's not because he can't sing because he can. Why do you think he is doing a part in Hairspary where he sings a lot? Zac can sing.
