Yes, they used that same float and promoted the same concept art at the Rose Bowl Parade...

Maybe it's going to tour the Disney parks across the world?...

But that float is nowhere near new...

That's the float that was in the Rose Parade in Pasadena. The picture was in the Disney Insider email newsletter.
