You can PM them to me or post them in a site feedback thread. Either way is fine. Once submitted, I save them to my PC. When it comes time to add new moods, a couple of us admins review the moods to make sure they are appropriate, good enough quality to be added, and make sure they aren't duplicate or too close to a mood we already have. Those that pass our process then gets added and I normally announce when more are added.
