I could be wrong, but I believe this section of the forum was created for those are either "too lazy", too stupid, or for whatever other reason, don't seem to be able to arrive at the answers.
This thread was even entitled " looking for animation quest answers".

I agree with you on the three Caballeros or Los Tres Caballeros it was Donald, Joe Carioca (a parrot) and Panchito (a rooster). and Saludos Amigos or Hi Freinds had "Pedro," the story of a little airplane replacing his father on a mail run across the Andes, is a variation on "The Little Engine That Could." I did not see any Pedro on Los Tres Caballeros.

I think that the complaint was they were complaining about the "wah, somebody look up the answers for me" attitude, not that answers were here. These answers are easy to find out with a search engine, unlike the In-park quests.

I turned in the quest on Saturday and that was the accepted answer to #9.
In fact when using a search engine on the couple I didn't know the answer to every answer I needed came off of wikipedia.

I am proud to say that I did the whole thing without answers from here. I really am so proud of myself

When I turned in the Animation Quest, they actually accepted #9 as is (with three Caballeros) at Disneyland, but you're right, the factual answer is Saludos Amigos.

I think that it was a mistake made on the question itself. Not the answer choices.

"Pedro" is the plane from one of the Saludos Amigos shorts. It's more likely "Panchito", the rooster co-star who appeared in Three Caballeros, that they meant to refer to.
After all, Saludos Amigos was a combination of 4 shorts, and none of the characters mentioned were actually "stars" of the show, just main focuses of the shorts.
Three Caballeros, while segmented, starred Donald, Jose, and Panchito.
