yes the cards are out, but I received a warning from one of my CM friends that people are complaining of the Ace of Spades rug and to wait a week or 2 to enter those codes.
The answer to #5 is in fact 029 as comicTray said. It can be seen on a mural over the extended que area for Star Tours

Harbor Kat is correct that yesterday entering the "Inner Space Suit Magic" code was actually giving out the "Ace of Spades" carpet instead. I know because I ended up being one of the unfortunate souls who entered one of the codes yesterday and reported to Host_Lily when I got in her room yesterday.
If you happen to get the card, I would hold off on entering it for at least a week just to give VMK time to correct the bug.
