iTunes video help!
Hey everyone. Whenever I try to play a movie on iTunes, it keeps showing up with green and purple bars going up and down where the video should be playing. I can hear the sound playing in the background, but the video won't play.
Help? Thanks! EDIT: Here is the picture of the problem in case any of you didn't get what I was saying. Click it to make it bigger. Last edited by Destination; 02-16-2009 at 04:24 AM.. |

I'm pretty sure I do.
How do I check though to make sure? |

Go to the Apple website, then click iPod+iTunes, then click "Download iTunes 8"

Yea, it won't let you download anything new or watch music videos if you don't have 7.8. Whenever you go into iTunes, and it says "Would you like to download the latest version of iTunes, 7.8?" ALWAYS press yes. I will limit you to things if you don't.
