An Accidental Pin Release?

I spotted this pin today on a player and grabbed a picture.

Does anyone know where it came from? I haven't seen any threads about it here, and cant find it in any of the shops, and because I have only found one person wearing it so far, I am wondering if there was an accidental pin release earlier today?

I tried to ask the boy who was wearing it, but he magically disappeared.

Try getting 5 or more pins in a row before you go try to pull the sword (more is better). I rode like 9 times this morning, got 6 pins, and 2 of those pulled the sword. Use all the magic pins one right after the other, not one at a time right after you get them. I've found that's more likely to allow you to pull the sword...

Nope, it is definitely from the Sword in the Stone Pins - I have seven already

I rode 4 times, and have gotten 3 pins, I have pulled ut the sword once. Maybe the phillip outfit worked. What dont make sense is that Phillip already got a sword 0.0
