UPDATES: i was having a little trouble with the server, but after working on it a little, The sever is up, and my two accounts are created. I'm finishing the filter list, and then i'm getting started on the story line, and SODI Values =)
All that stuff should be done by tonight, and tomorrow morning i should be able to start working on the game itself. If everything goes as planned, I should be able to have the "Beta Map" ready for testing by the testers and Tech people sometime late this week.

Yes it's Free.
Idk about the hats yet... cause the program im using is free- and nothing in life is good free. so there are limits.
But i do know, that depending on your rank, you will have a different color title.
I will post later on the colors of your title
