in order to get my license i need turn into bat magic.

Did you look in the pins section for the one time use? I have seen one time use pins as well as Bat being sold for like 200 credits in the pin section.

I have literally just looked in the Magic shop and single-use bat magic is still there. Look under Pins, then Magic Shop (not specials) and you will find it with the other checker magics. Good luck with your quest!
