VMK Staff Message Warning

I wen into the Blue Bayou today and got two warnings on giving/asking for personal information which I wasn't. I asked if anybody else in that room got this message, only one person said they did. I was only in that room for like 10 seconds when I got it.

I know that they give them out to people in the room, but isn't usually all?

I also have never gotten a pm about it.

I wasn't even talking to that person, and never saw that person before.

Has anyone gotten these messages, but nobody else did anything that would give reason for a message to be given to just two people?
