It says somewhere that all bans are final ( I think ). I know, it isn't fair. But, weird things happen.

I don't know how you could be banned for a first offense without a warning. My daughter got a warning about inappropiate language and I know for sure she never said a thing. It was during the ride-a-thon so how could she even talk if she wanted to? Anyway, we contacted them and they replied that it was indeed a mistake, and the warning was removed from her record.
They will check the chat log so if you can supply them with a screen shot of the message you received they can check the chat logs, so be sure you didn't accidentally say something you shouldn't. It's getting harder and harder to not say something that VMK finds offensive. They keep unapproving names that had been approved long ago, and we can't figure out why. I guess we don't have as dirty minds as the VMK staff?

i have been in your place a few times i gt mad about that i got banned for saying backers!! and for saying hi i know how vmk is baning everyone for no reason just wait the 24 hours and just complain to vmk after the ban

Well, it IS only a 24 hour ban.. But I understand that you'd need to try and revoke it because you want to be a CL_ ..

VMK's staff do NOT do their job if this is happening. They're supposedly too busy keeping watch of the game, blah blah blah. But they ban innocent players for someone else's mistake? Riiiiight. "Hard at work" my foot.

This happened to be in October for the same reason. I went afk for less than 5 minutes in pirates lobby and I came back and was banned for 24 hours. It was for the use of vulgar language. Someone is smart enough to say something to get us banned. Just take a break from vmk for 24 hours, and then you will be back on.

Now then... People who know i was banned almost 1 month ago would know it was becuase i was ignoring VMK values well i went on today to see how long i had left and BANG! You have been banned for Ignoring VMK Values... All was the same untill i saw it said 2008-03-02 I reported it to VMK saying i was banned and i couldnt have been on my account... Heres some photos.

It would appear that they have reviewed your ban and extended it to 10 years.

Well, it does say you're banned again for ignoring the VMK Values, right? Well, if you're banned from VMK, it's obviously against the values to get on VMK, so since you tried, they banned you longer... That's what I think

You must have ignored/not followed the VMK values. They moved your ban up 10 years. That must be horrible to deal with.
