Userpage changes - Shoutouts
Due to the large amount of policy violations that have taken place recently in userpage shoutouts, this feature has been removed permanently from the forums. We're very sorry for those that have used it properly, but we don't have enough moderators on hand to handle such a huge volume of violations. We have put more mods on this problem issue and it still hasn't improved. The violations actually increased. We have been giving daily reminders of our policies, sending warnings after removing the violations, and even having to suspend some user's accounts over this. There comes a time when enough is enough.
The userpage mods and mods can now just concentrate on checking userpages as was intended instead of having to sift through literally 1000's of shoutouts for violations. Remember, everywhere on these forums are G-rated and we will uphold our policies. |

Maybe you could require shouts to be accepted by a moderator before they are shown on the page.
