What about a Neopets Fansite?

I understand that money is a big issue here; running a site as well as this one takes some money, but the thing is, there are millions of users on neopets. A lot of those people, I'm sure, would come on a NeoPets fansite.

I'm not sure if this idea has been brought up before, but if it has, I'm bringing it up again
