Yes, November 14. Details are stating that all old pirate quest, as well as three new items (Pirate Stern Chair, Pirate Bow Chair and Pirate Gold Chair) will be randomly inserted into the packs. This is from the Official Disney Pin Trading website, so all details are subject to change at any time
