Mac Vs. Vista?

i love macs because their so much easier to use. and i played vmk on it so there's no difference with games. i've also played roller coaster tycoon 3 on it too. I think that widows is confusing, but that's just my opinion. so yeah i prefer macs because i think their easier to use.

I have a windows desktop, I like how quick it is.
My sister has a Mac, and I LOVE IT. It's SOOO much faster.
Vista is good too, but I like Macs much better for their accessories. ((video, pics, and did I mention I LOVE how my sister has Photoshop on it? Ahhh, ♥ Photoshop when I can use it))
Vista is very convenient, too. It allows more programs I think... Not too sure though.
I like desktops though because they hold more stuff.

It's a half and half; leaning more towards Mac.

I've been a Windows user my entire life, but I think that an Apple product would be much more reliable. So though I've never touched a Mac, I think they would be better because I've had nearly flawless experiences with other Apple products and I have been through the worst with Windows.

Macs are kinda.. Hard to work.. I like my Windows Gateway 2004! Or 05? Anyways.. My dad's boss wants him to get a Mac so I may have a new laptop to jiggle with! Hehe! He doesn't really understand computers or understand how to get on the internet by himself so.. That's where I come in!!

That picture is from the Windows 7 Wikipedia page . It doesn't look like Windows 7 will come out until 2009 or 2010.

I think this proves it's all up to preference. Macs are very confusing for me and I believe Windows is easier, which is totally the opposite of your case.

First its Leopard not Mac. Mac is the brand Leopard is the Operating system. But since its only on a Mac you can get away with it :P

But it really depends on what you plan on doing. Now that Mac has intel chips the abilities are the same and more. The way Leopard is built basically gives 99% virus/spyare and bad thing Proof. The only time it might pick up a virus is if you open a .exe file only for windows/lunix and thats just because Leopard does not regonzie the file(thats where the 1% comes in).

For every day use Leopard is the best I think. Stable, ease of use, never have to worry about updates as it will do it for you if you allow it and never disturb you at all, The way its configured will only use memory(RAM) as needed compared to vista who will use it for a certain program and keep it there till its flushed out only done by manual or restart computer. It looks better for one and Vista did copy cant argue that.

Vista pros. Play computer games as in CD/DVD games. Most are programmed for PCs(windows/lunix) and not Leopard. POTCO, VMK, and other ONLINE game as in get it through your browswer will work on Leopard. The end. HOWEVER...if your more serious coding/scripting/3d animation/rendering is better with Windows/PC although Leopard/Macs are picking up fast on that.

At my college, Im majoring in as what you would call it, Graphic Design. Leopard and the Macs set up is best because of its configuration and back to the RAM. The simple tools to move around the screen and screen/desktop profiles help out big time.More technical stuff as well

Over all Leopard/Mac is the best for the everyday person and multimedia designer. Its ease of use, simplicity, virus free build, and hassle free is the best. Its basically windows redone and better. Like I said, if your going to do hardcore gaming you cant really(some are avaliable but majority is not). Thats what it really comes down to.
