How's that different from Disney's current predicament? Why didn't Disney do anything about it?

Never trust anyone completely unless there's been an official announcement. like how vmk updated their homepage.

I think in all of disney's attemps to try to get people to stop emailing through the newsletters,emails, and the home page is disney trying do something about it.

What can disney do without getting lawsuits? Threaten to take away kids' teddybears if they don't stop with the massive amounts of emails, mail,phone calls,etc?
