Nope, but I took the 2 Ships wallpaper.
Is the Desktop Galleon a mini-game? 'Cause that is what it sounded like.

Also, here's a few questions of mines

1. In the free version, that only difference between it and the paying one, is that there are ads?

2. Can we start playing yet? lol

3. I wonder if there will even be a choice to choose our names for characters and ships!

4. Can't wait, I already signed up! Did you?

yeah, its on piratesonline.com. basically, your boat attacks other boats and it is on your desktop. like, the sea is the window your are looking at.

According to that article you put up Behave, POTC online sounds like it is going to be similar to runescape, where you can play a free way to understand the game, but pay to play more and better.

This was in the QA! Yes, they are bending history and allowing female pirates, even though there weren't so many back then

You do realize when this game comes out, vmk is going to be rather empty for a while (or so it will seem with all the "popular" players).


Oh and by the way, if you look on the site, it says it is coming out Spring 2007 (which is between a few weeks from now and June 20). However, you know the latest it will come out is memorial weekend, in honor of POTC 3. Also, if you read somewhere on the site, it might open sooner, because they want you to play before, during, and after the movie franchise.

Also, this game is exactly like runescape, but the pirate version...with a little "touch of warcraft on the side."
