You get it by pulling the sword of the stone, but I heard that it became retired like yesterday I think. So I dont think you can get them anymore.

I got one yesterday after riding a couple of times. Once I got it, I stopped riding the dark rides. The hat looks nice though and was worth the credits I spent on the dark rides.
