I know this is a old topic, but whenever I record a video it comes out in great quality, but there is never any sound on it. I even set the sound source to my speakers, am I supposed to set it to something else?

On the Start Menu, select Run... Type sndvol32 and press Enter. This will open the Volume Control window. On the Options Menu, select Properties In the Properties window, select the Recording radio button and click OK You should now see several sliders, one of which should be labeled "Wave". Make sure the Wave volume is turned up and the Select box is checked. It should look something like this: Try recording again and hopefully your video will have sound. |
