I think VMK will be pay-to-play if it re-opens, but not in Disney's style with a "free version" and a "paid version." Because of coding restrictions, it would be too much effort to do that, so instead, I would assume selling codes, in park quests, pins with codes, DMR, etc. would be the route to make money. Games like Gaia do that and make money, why can't Disney do it with VMK?
