Okay so hi,
I like making my own AIM icons [using GIMP] but whenever I save one and want to use it [let's just say it's 16 frames], I get a message saying that it's too big. Some of the icons on [popular icon website] are like, 30-something and they can still be used. I'm making all of mine 48x48. How can I possibly make it any smaller without decreasing the icon size?
